Does NCSoft still have the weirdness with buying packs from them that only lets you buy them once a month? I thought I remember something about that changing, but that it still wasn't up to "on demand" specs. Basically, I'm going to need a Cyborg Pack, a Valkyrie Pack, and two Magic Packs and want to know if there are impediments to accomplishing this.
