Okay, so while I should be studying for exams, I'm going to do a once-in-a-lifetime tutorial about how to apply liquid eyeliner. I only learnt how to yesterday, so please, be paitent if it doesn't work...experiment with the width, lenght, amount and technique. This is just what I do. Oh, and ignore all the underlining. Livejournal is against me. Now, I must go and study. With eyeliner on.
