My new Philosophy....

The last few days have been kind of crappy.  I have been not feeling so hot but still going to work so I am tired.  I have been really keeping up with this health kick I have been on for the most part...though I try to be positive and not let it scare me, it does.  I don't take good enough care of myself and I need to do better.  Maybe this is my way to cope with it, I guess I could pick a worse way
