IT what? Actually, it's short for Iliotibial Band. I've been having knee issues from running, and from conversations with my fitness instructors and masseuse, I've discovered that a lot of problems,...(ly painful), and, according to my masseuse, helps to lengthen the IT band. Today, I wanted to share links about the Foam Roller, which I've used to literally iron out my muscles at my chiropractor's office. It's just a large, hard foam roll, and you can roll a particularly tight...the Foam Roller from the Chicago Tribune.
