Hi. I doubt anyone reads my journal yet haha but I'll still update. Ok well. Today was bad/good. I broke my fast and ate salad and some humus. But I purged :[ Not really even completely on purpose...to him in some way. And heyyy! I have been swimming at Bally Total Fitness in Irving for several months now under the impression that the pool is 25 meters long since that is what the girl at the reception desk told me. Last Friday...chance to see on a face-to-face basis outside that arena. We had about an hour long lunch and lots of good conversation. Not sure if it is going to lead to any more than friendship, but we will see

Tomorrow is my ONE year anniversary of getting banded. I am thrilled I am to this point with such success!! This time last year I was nervous but excited. This year I get to treat or treat with my girls AND Im 78lbs lighter!! What a year.

Well not much is going on, i thought i would just update my weightloss, i am finally down to 80kgs, so that means i have lost 13kgs in the last month which I'm pretty proud of. I also can fit into a size 14 pair of jeans again so i brought a new pair. I have also been thinking about getting some hair extensions when i reach my goal weight and start modeling again, i went to a few places and they were...

I have decided to start strength training. Lifting weights, that sort of thing. I need to increase my strength, especially in my upper body, for EMT training and work. It would be a good idea, I think...any more weight. I want to get stronger. I couldn't even imagine trying to get smaller than this. I would look like like a corpse or something. How could anyone want that? Some people are so crazy

... and keep this as more of an "inside look" or something. I decided I don't want to be plus size anymore. I'm going to do a better job of eating better and exersizing more often. Even if not only for weightloss- I feel so much better eating better and I LOVE to exersize. I know I'm lucky in that regard because many people hate to exersize, but I LURVE it. Um...what else? I decided to try and avoid...

I haven't been hungry since I moved in with Gidget.  Don't know why...  I still eat, tiny tiny meals mostly.  Usually only a couple of times a day.  Still not hungry.  I'll eat a couple of bites of something...shifty last night?  And pale... lol.  Definition of the day:  Measly - 1) Infected with measles  2)a. containing larval tapeworms b. infested with trichinae 3) contemptibly small Go figure

Well, this week is going to be extremely full. Many may not know that I work an odd schedule, Saturday through Tuesday and off Wednesday through Friday. I got to the office Saturday morning to see an email...in my beard and now sprouting on my chest fairly copiously...
