...they aren't as romantic and fearsome as say, sperm whales, I was still looking forward to it.  The tour guide on the bus there happened to give a completely inaccurate portrait of the history of whaling to the captive passengers.  I could have stood up and given a better one off the top of my head.  Why yes, I am the know-it-all that lurks in every crowd.  But seriously, friends, whaling did not...

Well, well, well, I survived my whaling whale watching voyage and even saw many whales, many pairs of seasick mainland girls' underwear as they beached themselves on the upper deck and even fell in love with the captain, possibly the manliest man on the East China Sea.  I might have more pictures of the captain than whales on my camera, but he didn't seem to mind, he's clearly used to being so awesome...

This morning I was supposed to go whaling on a whale watching tour, but it got canceled due to the weather.  I'm sick of other people's weak natures dictating what I can or cannot do to amuse myself...if you are scared of huge boat swamping waves, get off the ocean, so to speak.  But alas, I was forced to abide by the tour operators' overly cautious assessment.  There is perhaps more than a little...
