At this moment? I'm listening to the John Butler Trio cd that Benny boy lent me. So far, I'm enjoying the heck out of it. Truly good stuff. It's April Uprising if anyone's curious. I'm drinking a half... so I'll be there. Thursday's game night too. I've gotta figure what to bring for dessert, maybe something chilled or cold, maybe ice cream. It has been plenty warm, beautiful, and summer-y. __

Four hours and forty-five minutes of waiting left here at Seatac, then a three hour layover in Chicago. Guessing I'll get a lot of reading done. I might actually have to buy another book to read before I get home. Perhaps I should have shopped Barnes and Noble instead of Silver Platters today. *shrugs* Live and learn.

...but now I am worried about Lindsay because I am worried that she's getting sick now. Me: Oh no! Call mom if you guys need anything, you know she'll take care of you, hook you up with cold medicine, whatever. Anyway, I haven't done a whole lot for myself while I've been here, but then again, that's not my reason for being here. Well, as I said, anyway I was roaming Silver Platters (we don't have those back...to a third floor apt in 90 degree heat would have been attrocious. Oh! And my mom had to move a robin's nest and remove the outer insulation on my AC to start it up. She's kind of amazing, right? __

Four a.m. I awoke to a horribly potent stench. It was so thick and noxious that my eyes wouldn't stop stinging and burning. Someone had hit a skunk, and Mr. Pepe Le Pew Roadkill had filled every inch of...I write this, my eyes feel irritated by the memory. I wonder how long my place will reek of skunk funk. I can't spray my place down with tomato juice. I'm not sure how I'm going to detoxify my home
