Ahhhh, my legs have that good tingly feeling after a long hard day of walking! I planned an entire day of medium size site inspections today, and met the corps guys at their trailer at about 7:15 this...relax a bit, I have some other items that I have to figure out what to do about too... and I need some lotion on my face, I got some sun today and I think I maybe got a little too much.
This is much harder then I thought it would be. I get more energy when I excercise, which means I have the energy and motivation to do stuff... which means there is less time for excercising. I...with oatmeal (320), hot chocolate (180) popcorn (160), chicken sandwich (295) and for dinner I had subway apples (35), a veggie sub (338) and water for a total of 1328 calories... not enough.
Just a real quick morning post. I was out in the field doing inspections all day yesterday and ended up getting a chill that I couldn't shake. Came home and laid down on the couch with my long johns...was too bad, but I also had three tacos, I could have cut that number and stayed with in my alloted calories for the day. I will try to post this afternoon and let you all know how I ate today!
So I am very bad about posting over the weekend. I also did not work out at all, and had a few slip ups regarding food... but remained strong by not OVER induldging in the food that I did splurge on... I am craving something warm and chocolate so I will probably search the kitchen for a snack of less the 150 calories that will satisfy at least one of those two requirements. Until tomorrow!
Well I met goal one! So I am having a nice dinner tonight (still watching the fat content and calories, like I did all day!) I am going to have an alcoholic beverage and let myself get away with only...sandwich (295) 12:30: Baby Carrots (30) dip (50) 1:30: V8 juice (30) 3:00: Granola Bar (200) Dinner: Baked Potatos, Steaks, steamed broc (haven't totaled this yet but I gotta go finish cooking!)
I was sooo hungry all day today! I even skipped tanning on the way home so I could get some dinner since my stomach was growling very loudly at me! Another short entry tonight, the lunches are packed...me, and I got a pep talk from a co-worker/friend as well... I am finding that I have more energy this week then usual, although my muscles are sore tonight, and I am getting sleepy. Goodnight!
What a busy busy day... it's getting late and I want to shower before bed so this is going to be a real fast entry. I didn't have much time available this evening, but still managed to get on the wii... Well we will see about tomorrow, since Alfredo is a pretty fattening sauce. Gotta pack the lunches, take a shower and head to bed, get to sleep in a little, but still have to get up at 0500.
Today was the first day back at work after the holiday. Ugh. I found it difficult to get through the day with out thinking about food a lot, and considering this fact I think I did okay, but still...a pound of week I should eat 1900 calories, per day... this still seems like a lot of food... I don't know... I might give up this calorie counting thing and just eat rabbit food...
Well I am hopeful that this will help keep me on track with my weight loss goal. I purposely didn't start much of anything on Jan. 1 because I wasn't sure I would be able to stick through it over the...research some supplements so that I can make sure my calcium intake is covered as well. Well, my stomach is growling with all this talk of food, so I am going to have some water and head to bed.
