Haven't posted here in awhile but I've still been working out. Until Saturday, when I discovered that I'd reached the end of the 84-day Body for Life routine. It totally brought me up short, because I...hopefully by focusing on those areas it will compensate for my tendency to be pear-shaped. ...junk food yet, just added more fruits and vegetables to the list of things to eat! Hey, wait-a-hold it, that's adding more calories to my diet. No wonder I'm not losing weight! It was a pretty good workout though! Had a full max effort workout. Started with Good Mornings, went up to 285 X 3, then eventually 315 X 1. Then moved on to pin pull (partial deadlifts). I am still having a hard time with the form. I do better with sumo but can't really do that with partial reps. I did 225 X 3, 275 X 3, and 325 X 6. Finished with abs work
