Update III

I went to the gym today in between my class and field trip Leg Press 2X10X215lbs (2X45 on each side plus the weight of the machine...it could be more) Stationary Bike 6.5 miles in 18 minutes (includes...from what I can remember a personal best) Punching Bag Seated Row I'm trying to figure out what work outs i can do to strenghten my back. Between Routines

Haven't posted here in awhile but I've still been working out. Until Saturday, when I discovered that I'd reached the end of the 84-day Body for Life routine. It totally brought me up short, because I...hopefully by focusing on those areas it will compensate for my tendency to be pear-shaped. It's a pretty intense 8-week routine but I think by now I'm ready to try it. I'm not exactly a newbie anymore

...junk food yet, just added more fruits and vegetables to the list of things to eat! Hey, wait-a-hold it, that's adding more calories to my diet. No wonder I'm not losing weight! It was a pretty good workout though! Though bench pressing an 80 pound barbell seems a lot heavier than a 100 pound sack of flour. :( Anybody have any ideas why a schoolbus would be running at 7 am on a Sunday morning?

Max Effort Legs Day

Had a full max effort workout. Started with Good Mornings, went up to 285 X 3, then eventually 315 X 1. Then moved on to pin pull (partial deadlifts). I am still having a hard time with the form. I do better with sumo but can't really do that with partial reps. I did 225 X 3, 275 X 3, and 325 X 6. Finished with abs work
