...glad I picked who I did. I also commissioned three more badges at like 3am. Go buy 2 get 1 sale! I got one of my gargoyle fursona, one of Tessa - my gray appaloosa, and another little one of Zeke. The only refs I have of Abbey and Tessa are SL screencaps, so I did my best to try to draw them. Abbey took forever. So long in fact that I didn't even attempt Tessa. The person I commissioned...
Summary: Zeke is asked to spar with the cub. This time with some real intention. Morning in the Fury House, and KL is dragging a big box'o'stuff along the floor of the common area, heading for the glass doors that lead into the the courtyard. "Hnngh," she says. "Hnnggh." With each groan, the box is given a big shove. Phoebe's drawn upstairs by the faint sound of the odd noise. "What are...
Summary : Zeke heads home to see Mog, only to find out that tonight is her big night. The metis braves humanity to watch his girl perform on stage. Early evening, and the basement of the Golden Apple Bookstore is deserted. Cheyenne is minding the store upstairs. Mog is nowhere to be found. Lying on the small table is an envelope with the word "Zeke" written on the front. Zeke had been anxious...
For those of you following along, the issues I've been having with Zeke have been resolved to the satisfaction of both myself and the IC ST staff. Glad to have that all straightened out!
Summary: Things come to a boil and erupt. There's the sound of scrubbing from the bathroom as Phoebe is set to her chore. Downstairs in the kitchen, Zeke is at the table, hat and sweatshirt on, and pen scribbling over a notebook. He seem to otherwise be ignoring the cub upstairs. Phoebe's got a mop and bucket. She's thorough if not absolutely perfect in her technique. The sounds of scrubbing...
Summary: Zeke is still grumpy and so, he abuses the ladder a little. Zeke is sitting out in the courtyard this morning, knees bent, arms folded around them and a deep scowl on his features. He's picked a spot at the very edge of the wall, behind the pond and somewhat out of sight. Phoebe comes out to the courtyard after grabbing some orange juice from the fridge. The metis isn't seen right...
She does care. Even when she's busy. He'll see that. And he won't say she doesn't. Melodie softens her tone, misinterpreting Zeke's emotion. "Oh, it's okay. I'm all healed up now, it only left a little tiny mark. An' I don't go to the city alone anymore, 'Specially not after what happened to Cori. But I want revenge something fierce. An' silver's the best way to do it, so we'll do it." A motorcycle...
Afternoon. Lunch has been cleaned up, Phoebe is downstairs and Zeke is at the table. He's got a notebook in front of him and it's covered in ink sketches and lines. Nothing fancy. Nothing much beyond child's art to be honest. But he sits there slouched and scribbling away, his mind obviously elsewhere. Melodie heads over to the closet, grabbing the fletching supplies. "Hey, do you know where...
It's cool and foggy today in St. Claire and so Zeke is actually making good use of his sweatshirt and hat. He's pulled the zipper up all the way today and is now in the process of putting on some shoes. Phoebe comes up from downstairs. The moon is gone from the sky, and it shows on the cub, who seems far less tense than usual. "Zeke!" she calls, exuberant today. "youwant to go to the caern? I thought...
I had two strange dreams this weekend and both seem to have an obvious theme. I'm nervous about going to Furry Fiesta. Hopefully I can get over this. Usually I don't remember dreams, so the fact that... I can't wait to get it, but I must be patient. I feel I'm beyond fortunate to be able to get a really nice suit as fast as I am. Some people have to wait over a year. I dunno how they do it!
