Hello all, I am looking to apply to International Relations/Affairs programs for 2009. The problem (there is always a problem!) is that I have no idea if I am a competitive candidate or if I am delusional...(MIS) 8. University of Michigan (MPP) Should I be shooting lower? Higher? Any glaring gaps? (I would like to apply to John Hopkins and Columbia BUT lack of funding is a dealbreaker for me) Thanks
