Rih Dil is a lake located in Burma, just about 3 kilometers from the Indian border and is associated with Mizo folklore, where the departed souls are believed to have made their passage before they go...lake, as they had done with many countries before the empire fell. Seriously, do you not think that just 3 more kilometers would have mattered at the time they divided the Arakan and Lushai hills?
