My meditation teacher is on vacation this week, so she asked me to lead the class in her absence. As class time approached Wednesday afternoon I was still trying to figure out what to talk about, when... position. I returned the gesture. The class thanked me, but I am grateful for their energy and presence for my meditation, and for giving me the opportunity to remember the practice of mindfulness

I just saw this last night.  I truly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.  It's not a documentary about learning to cook or cooking food.  It's more about how what and how we live is cooking us. How to Cook Your Life I agree with this this review of the movie by  Sun Media's  Liz Braun  "How to Cook Your Life Tasty"

I think that General Hospital's storyline...especially the part where Ric cheated on Alexis with that slag of a daughter Sam....should be retracted.
