I'm beat already, and it's only 11:30 on Monday! Anyway, a long awaited update to my 50 book challenge. I find that two things are contributing to me not reading as much: 1) my iPod (cuz I lurves my music... through their happinesses and (mnostly) their tragedies. I'm not working on anything specific right now. I've got several books I'm sort of reading concurrently, nothing close to being done right now

After a month of very little time/inclination to read, I've finished #53 ' Interview with the Vampire' by Anne Rice I haven't really got much to say about this. It was a decent enough read, the story...more 12-hour nightshifts to go before a couple of weeks off, I'm hoping to get back into my usual reading patterns soon- there are currently 55 books waiting on my TBR shelf- damn you Bookmooch!

50 Book Challenge update #67: His Majesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik I had heard several positive reviews about this one and finally got around to reading it. I'm glad I did, I enjoyed it quite a bit!... but this too was a great read. I may actually reread it before Dec book club meetup because I know with his books there are so many subtleties going on that I probably missed the first time around.

20. Lush Life - Richard Price 21. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland currently reading 22. Through the Looking Glass. I realised, in conversation with someone, that I couldn't recall much about Lewis...flipping through the mental pages of the book to remember the pages with band posters in them, and a quick google lets you find that it's Tara McPherson's Lonely Heart you were thinking of all this while

I'm actually ahead in my assignments for school! It feels so weird but calming in a way to be ahead and I may actually finish before the day they are all due (I only have two assignments left and some...I don't know if I will be able to...My 50bookchallenge has become pretty sluggish in the past two months. It feels so weird to be this relaxed but I am....lol Need to enjoy it while it lasts...:P

50 book challenge: #64:  Cast in Courtlight by Michelle Sagara This is the sequel to Cast in Shadows, which I read in August. I was distracted when reading the first book, but was pretty sure I enjoyed...in present day and involves Dracula. Despite how non-original it sounds, it was a good read up until the end. The last few pages seemed rushed and a little out of sorts with the rest of the story.

I just finished Breaking Dawn . You know what? As cheesy, overly-cliched, repetive and grammatically horrendous as the series was written, it wasn't bad . I'm supposing the fact that I'm a n overly...books I never would've if I hadn't been trying to reach 50 and it taught me: "FUCK YES, MOST OF THE BOOKS I WOULD NEVER READ DO SUCK ASS."
