I did bad. I took an extended break from working out. Now I'm back in the driving seat. I'm going to need to build back into the swing of things and make sure I keep consistent on days. Plans are Mon/Thurs/Sat...either way. I'm finding it hard to wake up in the mornings (combination of cold and dark) but wake up several times during the night quite awake. Hoping working out will sort this out over time

So I'm pretty damn hyper right now. since 830 i've consumed 44 ozs of black coffee. i'm currently in a computer lab at my college with my friend sam. listening to cycle of jill tracy, world inferno friendship...and printed out 3 short stories by lovecraft to read for halloween =] i really want to go to the city for halloween i am trying soo hard to find a ride.... also it's julia's birthday wednesday woo

With the encouragement of my clustermate Ashley, I'll be working out in the mornings instead of the afternoons. She'll be doing this at  least 3-4 times a week with me, since she wants to get in shape...part of the noon time. It get's you started in the morning, gives you more of the day to get things done, without the rushedness you feel when it's 3pm. So that's about it. I'm a morning bird.

Just got done watching Sweeney Todd. Um. Wow. I don't know what else to really... say? Hm. Half day today was awesome, plus dad's out of town. BOO YAH! I'm researching some Ted Dekker for Chris and I to duet act. Bwuahaha, angels and demons. Angels and demons. Also, my Tracey Anderson dvd came in the mail today. Pepper Potts Legs here I come. ;D

yo so i got up and went to school nd stuff.  Oh, in English, this one girl, alexia something, talks to me (she has a really weird accent, kinda annoying accent).  She goes, when you get a girl into your...when i grow up and have sex in it.  hahaha.  Anyway, so I showered it up and came home. We had hua-gua and I finished up my work.  Talked to andrea on the phone, internetted, and slept. -Andre

So I was reading a blog from my myspace from over a year ago, and I laughed the whole time reading it. And since I don't feel like writing more today, I'll just plagerize this one. Today is November 7th.... But overall, I'm glad I had a day completely devoted to nothing. It was a good day. I just hope I don't have a lot of days like these. They're only good in moderation. Last night at the bar I got a call saying that I had won a free two week membership to our local Gold's Gym. What perfect timing! I even get a free one hour appointment with a personal trainer and it's the place where my old workout buddy goes. What a great way to get motivated :D

ANALYTICS FTW! I checked her journal today and the banner ad at the top said "IS HE CHEATING?! Check with the psychics now!" I'm not compulsively checking as much. Get it together, girl. (But that was...year old man. I'd have placed him in his late 40s, strictly on looks. Nice guy, but I'm just not sure what we'd talk about. I'm on an upswing. It's a good feeling to be content doing what I'm doing

Did some messaurments this morning. Waist 52" Chest 48" Biceps 18" Did intervuls yesterday. Dumbell work out today. Shoulders and squats. I will run again tomorrow. I will try to do some forza befor...fat and unappealing today. but Im strong. Thinking possitive. Thank you to the universe for my health. I am strong, I am slimmer, I am sexy!!!! I am healthY!!!!! So mote it be! alright back to work
