$2.29 Wouldn't it be lovely to see gas drop below $2 again, even for a day or two? I know. I iz a dreamah. It's cloudy and blustery here, 60 for a high. I rather enjoyedlistening to the chime of my.... sounds a lot like buoy bells, and it's lovely. Of course, if it's particularly windy, it can also be loud. *snerk* Part of the reason I hung it not toooo far from my bedroom windows. I love the sound
The wind and rain today was super powerful on Oswego's campus! Whew, my umbrella and I were blown around like crazy. If I wasn't laying in bed with my laptop and was at my Imac with last nights pumpkin...to start (watching movies). Earning a B is just fine. Tonight was omelet night. I made myself a sharp cheddar and green pepper one. I think I want a few sips of apple cider before I go to bed
Found this one in my closet this morning when selecting my outfit for the day: In other news: I'm looking forward to this weekend - on Saturday a friend & I are going to go to Six Flags to ride...all day long. Gas dropped another six cents between Saturday night and yesterday evening. New folks started at work this week, including a friend of a friend in the real world. He's kinda cute
1. McDonald's Monopoly - I've brought so many "Large Diet Dr. Pepper with Extra Ice" drinks & "Large Sweet Tea with Extra Ice" ('cuz you know I don't eat anything else there!) in the last 2 weeks... it will be even cheaper when I get back there this week. Actually, it's kinda sad when it's gas prices that are the excitement, but for someone who has to fill up once a week, it's a good thing
One good thing about this so-called 'economic crisis: the free-fall of the current price of gasoline. They have been steadily falling out here - yes, they're still a bit high for my tastes; regardless...morning; by the time I rode by again at around 7 pm it had dropped another two cents. I fully expect the price to be even lower by this evening. It's like a poor man's lottery - how low can they go ?
1. BD is comoing home--with luck, she'll be here in 15 minutes or so! 2. (jonowrimo) Writing was done this week, although not as much as I had hoped. Too many days of meetings and too much paying work...situation. 5. The Green Mountain Book Award Committee had its usual great meeting this afternoon. It is so much fun to be around people who live with teens and books every single working day
Last night I recorded the most lines I have EVER recorded for an episode of an audioseries. I don't know how many lines there were but when I looked at the .zip file it was over 33,000kb in .wav format...gallon!! So that makes it 2.55 per gallon if paid by cash or check!! HECK YEAH!! --------------- Well, that's all the news I have for now. Until next time, I'll see you on the boards. MW/Mach
We were sitting here on the computer and watching videos on youtube. We were watching videos that people posted about 9/11 and other videos about how dumb Bush is. Why is it that everyone is downing...AND LOOK IN THE MIRROR...THAT PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING AT EVERYDAY IN THE MIRROR IS THE PERSON THAT IS TRUELY TO BLAME...THE PERSON THAT IS TRUELY TO BLAME FOR THE WAR, THE ECONOMY... EVERYTHING.
