Two odd things happened today, and I figure/hope the person/people who were part of my odd, but wonderful day. Fessing up will not ruin anything, trust me :D First was early in the morning, and I was...whomever sent the notebook with the amazing ceramic/slate covers (the front of the notebook is below this), all I can say is.. erm... who sent this?? :) oh, and HUGPOUNCEHUG THANK YOU!!!

Something strange happened back in December. If found myself in extra good cheer, and more uncharacteristically, I found myself, unbidden, thinking of Jesus. This is unusual; I'm not a very good Christian...easier to be an adnroid, able to turn offf ones feelings and empathjy with the flip of a switch. And yet, as we become older, and the mind expands, our enmeshment and empathy with others does as well

::giggling to self as I LOVE the word in the post title:: So today I took off, and we ended up not doing anything because poor Ronka was sick, but I did get a nice bit of sleep and some serous WoW playing...somewhere that wants a slow, clunky, barely working computer... Left on the Office cleaning agenda? The long set of shelves and ::cue creepy thunder and music:: the closet.... yikeyikeyike...

It is a loverly birthing day! My godmother sent me the most amazing flowers-- lillies and tulips of all colors; a perfect breath of spring! AND she called me! ::happy grin:: I got sung "Happy Birthday"...stick on GOOGLY EYES... I have done well... really really well. At 44, you don't often get the love I was lucky enough to unwrap, not just today, but every day of my life... and the STUFF is neat too. :

It rained all night, which oddly made me sleep pretty deeply. Neat dreams of all sorts there. Waking up at 11am didn't hurt either. I had to take a PM last night so the extra hour or so burned away the...older than my brother ever got, and closing in on my mothers years on the planet, that I still get amused having an imaginary elf poke a nastybad bigot of a guard to death with a glorified, glowy stick

So after a long day at work where I manged to really confuse myself, and then UNconfuse myself, where the grocery delivery tried to offer us a huge ass veggie platter to replace the small chef salad I...fun when, minutes before I grouped, I was frustrated and angry. And... he reminded me WHY I play WoW once more-- the wonderful interactions. And yeah... I so cannot wait for me epic ground mount. :

...considering that I'm now trying to figure out how to cross every other fandom I watch with it. Two random examples? Jack O'Neill could totally have been in Vietnam! He was twenty in 1972. I bet he met Hannibal at least once. Also, John Winchester was canically in 'Nam. Granted, as a Marine rather than regular Army, but still. He could totally have met the Team. Stupid bunnies. Shoo!

Yeah, yeah, I know, it's only dinging 37, but it felt nice to stretch out mah mage muscles and do a bunch of yellow quests solo. Even did the 4 crystals in the traitors in the Lordamere Interment camp...that the humidity has shot up and I was in pain. Tomorrow, there will be a fun post-- got a bunch of gifts this week... I love love birthdays... and I just realized I'm turning 44, a lovely number. :

I was watching TV just now and I got hit by this sudden spark. Haven't experienced that in a long while-that sudden feeling of recognition, of realising that there's something deeper to you. Anyway,...were all living life as if it were a TV programme. Okay I haven't really grasped this idea yet so I'm going to leave it at that. Shall continue next time if I do grasp it and I do bother to continue

No, really... each and every week we watch this show and each and every week, AFTER said show, I find myself needing to clean... Thus, today we decided to start organizing my art crap-- a major deal...my rubber stamps... Oh, and I am not permitted to buy any new: Notebooks Moleskine notebooks Paper Cardstock Prefab Cards Markers Stickers Glitter ... at least until I use more of this stuff up. :
