Недавно начал работать с базой SQLite . Разрабатываю приложение под Windows. Вчера столкнулся с проблемой: если запускать программу в разных местах,  то иногда выдает ошибку "unable to open database file" , хотя явно, на 100%, путь к базе указан правильно. Попробовал открывать в SQLiteAdmin - выдает "Cannot perform this operation in a closed dataset" . Ошибка нашлась на официальном багтрэкере...
