Lent 3 Last week the collect alerted us to our need to be nagged and hounded into an acknowledgment of going astray. So how is your personal nag coming along? Are you saying thank you each time you...and giving good fruit, perhaps not. So it is with our lives. Eventually we leave this mode of existence behind. Lent is a time to look at the hard questions and decide on our own individual answers.

"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here I am. Send me!" (Isaiah 6:8) How many people have this attitude these days? "Here I am. Send...provided by the Lord Jesus. The harvest is great, but the workers are few. As Jesus said, "Ask the Master therefore to send out more workers". The vacancy is there... are you willing to fill it
