So this is my first post. Mainly I'm keeping this as a diary of my diet and weight loss. Starting today. October 19th 2008 Height: 5 feet. 6 inches. Weight: 195 lbs ( ughh!! ...Binge Eating Disorder doesn't help my restraint. So, I'm hoping to get more control over my eating. I'm using thinspiration to help keep me on track! :] I CAN DO THIS!!
... But its not like Im constantly thinking of food,this helps keep up your metabolism with all the snacking. Im sure it could use less sugar, but I dont have the will to buy special things, and cereal is cheap. So if you need to lose weight fast, here it is. Ok ok after re reading,seeing all those typos and stuff, I think maybe it IS affecting my brain. Or maybe I just need some sleep. srsly.
So, for a rundown of key terms: Fasting: EATING nothing. Drinking only 0 calorie beverages (diet soda, water, herbal teas, MAYBE coffee which is 5 cals per 6oz, I don't count it personally)... So when...fucked up, that's correct. Because if you think you're fasting but you eat something then you stopped fasting. It's really simple. And juice fasting is just juices. No fruit. No food. Ugh.
