Dear Self, Just because you have a higher dose of Concerta left over doesn't mean you should take it when you run out of your normal dose. It doesn't just kill my appetite, it turns it inside out. I took my medicine before 10am, when hubby was leaving for work. It's now almost 1pm, and I still haven't eaten anything. Highly unusual for...something on a certain schedule, (like for medicine, or a set lunch break at work) I end up *gagging* it down. Tasty, eh? Hooo, jeez.
