Тут ведущие финансовые аналитики удивляются и не могут понять как так - курс доллара растёт несмотря на всё усиливающийся кризис в штатах. А по-моему всё понятно: все запасаются впрок - боятся что у штатов закончится бумага и краска чтобы печатать доллары :)
