A great thing just happened. I just received my first anti-Obama email for this entire 20 month campaign season. I beg all of you to read it, not for ridicule, but to really try to see what goes on in...way more horrible things out there and that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Regardless, I pray that Obama is just as every bit as "godless" as this mail claims. Now that would be a true miracle
I'm watching a season 6 episode of Deep Space 9 that involves Sisko in some kind of past reality, sometime in the 30s or 40s. All the main characters in the show are in this alternate reality. Sisko's...vicious hatred against white people for things that happened in the past. Grow up. Get into the present and look to the future. It's the only way things are ever going to really, truly get better

For the record, Rachel Maddow was way cooler while interviewing Sen. Obama than I would interviewing someone I fangirl *quite* that much. (And I'm sure David Hewlett is incredibly grateful he doesn't have...hordes, I may end up back at the office. (Unlike coffee shops, I can take the dog.) I swear, once my take home exam is turned in I will become at least 10% more interesting. Possibly as much as 15%
It like, juuuust dawned on me that tomorrow is Halloween. Sooo: I am unsure of my plans for tomorrow so I wanted to post it now :DD hee. I can't believe these hospital horror stories. The unmitigated audacity of the nutbars and how far they're willing to go to shore up their position in the culture war scares the living heck out of me...forced to have a c-section. The state appoints a lawyer for the fetus , but not one for you. Fuck. What the heck is this? At least Stephen Harper is keeping the worst of our nuts placated for now
