I remember a post a few months back that lead me to a website that had a men's Victorian styled jacket. It was a bit J-Rock in style and had a cut away look with a pleated back to it that looked feminine...post was not about the jacket but I searched the site and saw some cool men's cloth on it and that is where I saw the jacket.
