It seems that, of all people, Seishirou-san's mother has arrived here. Her name is Sakurazuka Setsuka-san, and I've spoken with her briefly. She's very beautiful. But then again, I should have expected.....that defies all the laws of onmyoujutsu. (As well as, as far as I understand, science.) Still. I'd like to speak with Sakuazuka-san some more. Seishirou-san is here. ... I don't understand at all. I killed him. Hokuto's spell reversed and I killed him. How is he here, seemingly alive and well? He doesn't feel like a spirit. It really seems...I don't know how that's possible. He doesn't seem to remember anything about Rainbow Bridge, or his death, at all. Which means that...he also doesn't remember what he said to me then. Of course.

[Subaru is asleep. He's been listening to a lot of caroling, and is thus dreaming about sitting happily in a McDonald's restaurant with his friend, Seishirou and his sister, Hokuto and blushing as Hokuto...is talking about horoscopes with Seishirou, Subaru busying himself playing with a puppy. By now he's realized that he's dreaming, so he looks a little depressed as the puppy licks at his nose.]

...So we're not actually ill we're... uh... well... a-ar... that. B-but then those dreams are... those sort of dreams. A-and they're about... well, about Sei...Seishirou-San.
