I’ve just returned from HighEdWeb ’08 . I came down with a cold the day I left and am just now starting to feel normal, so I was way less bouncy than usual and didn’t attend much of the after-hours stuff...out every five seconds and its firewall has all ports except 80 blocked. So much for email.

So to update my cosplay status: I now have my racket & bag. Meaning I have everything except the hair. I'm getting my hair cut again before the expo. My mum offered to pay so I'm happy enough, though...yeah). Only 16 more days... 7 of which I'm at college, so I'll be busy... Speaking of college, I've started getting assignments and crap like that, and my database/maths teacher keeps calling me Laura
So I haven't posted for a couple of weeks. Like everyone else on the planet riding the financial roller coaster my main job has been to stay calm and not freak out. So how does it feel everyone to be...thing to close every night with a few thoughts about what I'm grateful for. I'm grateful for my home that I still own (well at least my name's still on the mortgage). Well that's it- Aloha!

As a webmaster providing site maintenance and eCommerce updates for various clients of mine, I often get caught up in the work without putting much thought to the proper business facilities that need...from the government websites.
