My friend and I are both huge Harry Potter fans. I spend last Christmas (and the 5 month prior to it) in USA and had easy access to the patches and such. So I decided to knit her some scarves! I always wanted a hat with ears and just have not got around to making one. So having some extra fleece about the house and a little time I decided it was time to make myself a new winter hat. I made this hat using Lion Brand's Wool Ease Thick and Quick yarn in Charcoal. It's only the second hat I've ever made. The first one, I used a finer yarn and a smaller hook / needle and it didn't come out right...it was a different pattern, too. I ended up unraveling it and rolling it back into a ball to save it for a later project. This one, though, I love. It fits perfectly, too! :-D It...

Storm, a hand knit hat It's made with this incredibly fun to knit bulky thick and thin yarn called Gusto. I'm going to get more in different colours, if it's still available.
