The Doctor was, for once, somewhere between outrageously cheerful and incredibly angsty. Not quite neutral --it was dangerous for him to be completely bland about anything at all, and anyone might do...was worth a shot. After a moment, the Doctor merely took a sip of tea and flipped to the next page , which wasn't much help either, even if it was prescient. Bloody poets. Usual ST/LT rules apply.
