My Food Plan: Sunday- 200 cals or less. Monday- fast. Tuesday- 300 cals or less. Wednesday- 200 cals or less. Thursday- fast. Friday- 300 cals or less. Saturday- 200 cals or less. I am gonna post how I do so that I will not be tempted to binge because then I would have to put it out there for everyone to read, and that would be really embarassing. Also a set plan always helps.
