sunday and monday in squaw valley and carnelian bay were gorgeous. i learned to snowboard on sunday with a great instructor (almost a private lesson b/c of superbowl), and jonny taught me some afterwards..... emily, a frosoco friend, and one of the nicest, sweetest, and prettiest girls i know, is getting married to john. that lucky guy! back at home, ready for work tmrw, er, today. yes

Last week I posted a wedding invitation I was working on. I was asked for it to have an "asian feel" and to incorporate tulips. I had a REALLY hard time doing that but I like how this came out and hopefully Gloria will too...

If I keep a count of the number of times I have been asked ‘when you are getting married?’, the number will be somewhere near infinity! Well, finally the date is fixed now. So normally I'm not one to brag about anything I do but I'm excited to see how our invitations have been quite popular over at Flickr. We normally get about 2 to 5 views per pic, but the invitations...of friends and its nice to see that strangers like something I've done. Granted I didn't do everything on them as Marla chose the paper system, but for the most part it warms my designer body parts

I got nothing today. The Office was a rerun, I spent $115 on fixing the pipe that connects the muffler to the exhaust pipe in my car, I got a wicked ass paper cut on the tip of my left ring finger that...standing there looking simultaneously bewildered and pissed off and is being virtually ignored! Frank looks like a fan standing next to Bob! But BUT omg that girl thinks Gerard is her prom date! Hee

Fold, stamp, glue, fold, glue, press, fold, stuff, repeat. That was a bulk of my weekend. I'm not complaining by any means. I was more than happy to help with the invitation building process. Though, halfway...won't care. Because I know the one that we're going to keep and frame and place on our mantle will mean something to us forever. That's what important.
