So we're all moved in to our production office and have it all decorated with spiderwebs, bats, Dracula and miniature Christmas bows. And yes, I know how that sounds. i've been working on a certain project for 3 days. this morning when i was going to finish it, it was completely ruined by glue and the pasted black was all messed up. so i made a last minute one and this is the outcome: it's a shame because the original was so nice.

I'm trying to figure out if this applies to me. I've used music in my other school projects without thinking about it. But the idea of "actually" screening my film in a "real" setting bought up the inevitable...(both of which have different copyright infringement policies than the US). Would it be enough to somply use MLA citation for the song(s) in the credits? Or would that be copyright infringement?
